Not happy with your order? No problem.

We accept returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:

The following items are not eligible for returns: intimates/lingerie, swimwear, socks and hosiery, leather care, hats, caps.


Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Exceptions are damaged items. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us.

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return, book your collection and have your items sent back to the warehouse.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of the reception of the item at our warehouse.

Please, note that we will deduct $60 for return expenses.
